Martial Arts

Martial Arts emphasize personal development through physical fitness and positive interactions, creating a sense of responsibility for oneself and others. Our programs can help increase strength, stamina and physical well-being through the development of technical skills and mental discipline.


Ages 6 through adult

6:00 pm – 7:30 pm  Monday and Thursday evenings.
