Pumpkin Smoothie

1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 medium banana (frozen)
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed1 Tbsp honey
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup of vanilla soy milk

Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to stop and stir a few times. If it is too thick, add a little water a little more soy milk! Then ENJOY!!
