It is an affordable, fun way for clients to take advantage of a trainers expertise– all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic. Parents Night Out 12/20/2019

PARENTS can enjoy a night out while the kids have a great time playing at the Y. Children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Register at the Y or online at enidymca.org 6 weeks—3 years old in Child Watch 4-5 year olds in the childcare room doing crafts and playing games. 6-12 year olds in the I-Zone and game room. Pizza will be provided. LIVESTRONG at the YMCA 01/06/2020

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a research-based physical activity and well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors reclaim their total health. Participants work with Y staff trained in supportive cancer care to safely achieve their goals such as building muscle and strength, increasing flexibility and endurance, and improving confidence and self-esteem.  By focusing on the whole person, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is helping people move beyond cancer care in spirit, mind, and body. LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a 12-week group training program open to the public and financed entirely by scholarship funds raised through the YMCA Annual Community Support Campaign, donations and grants.  Exercise prescription is available not only for the cancer survivor, but one support person as well.  Participants and supporters receive one-on-one attention in a group setting, which creates a safe and comfortable workout environment.  Upon successful completion with a least 75% attendance (18 out of 24 days), the survivor receives…
