Start the year with purpose, accountability, and community by joining our New Year Weight Loss Challenge. This structured program is designed to help you build healthier habits while staying motivated and supported throughout the challenge.

Program Details

  • $50 Registration Fee

  • Weekly Weigh-Ins: Every Monday

  • 1 Complimentary Personal Training Session with Jamie Roberts

  • 3 Group Workout Sessions led by Fitness Director Chelsi Dotson

  • Weekly Bible Verse and Workout Plan delivered to your email

  • Nutrition Lunch & Learn during the challenge

Requirements to Participate

  • Monday weigh-ins

  • Attendance at three group workouts

  • Completion of the personal training session

  • Men’s and Women’s Divisions

    • 1st Place: $250

    • 2nd Place: $100
