Monthly fee is payable by bankdraft on the 15th of each month. Two weeks written notice is required for bankdraft cancellation.

In addition to the monthly membership categories, the option to pay membership dues annually is available.
Some local employers pay a corporate fee to reduce their employees and families cost. Ask at the front desk or your employer to see if you qualify for a corporate discount.
One Month Adult: One individual pays the set fee of $67 to have access to the facility for one month. This type of membership is set
to system terminate automatically on the expiration date. If they decide to join as a continuous membership or annual full pay
before the month ends no prorated fees will be charged.
Medical Student – OSU or OU: One individual currently attending the medical program at Integris receives a 6 month membership.
These students must show their medical student ID badge, with photo and name listed, at the time of registration. No monthly fees
charged to student signing up.
PRIME and Silver Sneakers: Eligible Tivity Health members qualify for these types of membership. The Tivity Health member must
provide us with their 16 digit access number given to them at the time of enrollment. Their enrollment in Tivity Health is done
through their health insurance company. (A Silver Sneakers member is not determined by age but by qualification through their insurance company. Ex: a disabled person may qualify for a Silver Sneakers membership before they are 65 years of age).
Renew Active & AARP Medicare Supplement Program: These programs are offered through Healthy Contributions, a wellness
benefit program offered by UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage Plan and AARP Medicare Supplement plan. Members will need
their confirmation number that is emailed to them from Healthy Contributions (Beginning with an A or S followed by a 9-digit
number). We can look up the confirmation code for them at https://www.healthycontributions.com/
