Learn to LOVE to Run

Begin running or improve your time, distance or pace.  All skill levels welcome!

February 2  – March 26

GOAL: learn to love to run. Coaching on time, distance, and pace depending on your skill level. Combination of indoor and outdoor group runs led by runner and Group Ex Instructor, Chelsey Buckles.

GROUP RUNS: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30am

$25 per person Y member/ $40 per person Non Y member.
