Women on Weights is a small-group fitness program that helps women build strength and confidence. Classes are led by female trainers in a supportive environment.
DETAILS
- Cost: $40 for 1 month session
- July 8 – July 31 10:00am – 11:00am Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Program is for Y members only Ages 18 and over
- Includes weight resistance techniques using dumbbells, barbells, and other weight machines
- Includes personalized tips and encouragement
