Women on Weights is a small-group fitness program that helps women build strength and confidence. Classes are led by female trainers in a supportive environment.

DETAILS

  • Cost: $50 for 1 month session
  • Septemberr 3 – 29  9:30am – 10:30am Monday/Wednesday or 5:30pm – 6:30pm Monday/Wednesday
  • Program is for Y members only Ages 18 and over
  • Includes weight resistance techniques using dumbbells, barbells, and other weight machines
  • Includes personalized tips and encouragement
